Baked Apples

This is so easy to make and a great way to use up apples.  Plus it makes the whole house smell amazing.


  • 6 tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and mix well to combine.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until apples are soft.
  4. Serve warm.
