Eggs Benedict

 We received a nifty egg poacher for Christmas from Toby’s brother and sister-in-law, and Toby has been putting it to good use on the weekends. Here are some Saturday morning eggs benedict with eggs from my egg lady (farmer Maggie), and Canadian bacon from the Kennedy meat stand at the East Liberty Farmer’s Market.
